  remove headers accordingly
- killed common.h

  Basically move shared stuff like help messages modules to datadir
  Try to keep to the original layout under prefix if --datadir
  --sysconfdir --localstatedir are not given
- Make the example files have reasonable defaults, this bites me
  all the time anyway.

- Fixed a bunch of compile warnings
