8 These describe the user modes, channel modes, and channel modes that require
9 arguments that are available to the user. It is hardcoded into src/messages.tab.

15 +a - admin - Admin status. Can for example see IPs in "STATS c"
16 +b - bots - See bot and drone flooding notices
17 +c - cconn - Client connection/quit notices
18 +D - deaf - Don't receive channel messages
19 +d - debug - See debugging notices
20 +f - full - See I: line full notices
21 +G - softcallerid - Server Side Ignore for users not on your channels
22 +g - callerid - Server Side Ignore (see modeg.txt)
23 +h - hidden - Hides operator status to other users
24 +i - invisible - Not shown in NAMES or WHO unless you share a channel
25 +j - rej - See rejected client notices
26 +k - skill - See server generated KILL messages
27 +l - locops - See LOCOPS messages

42 +b - ban - Channel ban on nick!user@host
43 +e - exempt - Exemption from bans
44 +I - invex - Invite exceptions, nick!user@host does not need to be
45 explicitly INVITE'd into the channel before being able
46 JOIN
47 +i - invite - Invite only
48 +k - key - Key/password for the channel
49 +l - limit - Limit the number of users in a channel
50 +m - moderated - Users without +v/h/o cannot send text to the channel
51 +n - noexternal - Users must be in the channel to send text to it
52 +o - chanop - Full operator status
53 +O - operonly - This mode will prevent anyone who hasn't obtained
54 IRCOp status from joining the channel. Can be set by an IRCOp
55 only
56 +p - private - Private is obsolete, this now restricts KNOCK, and can be
57 set at the same time as +s.
58 +r - registered - Channel has been registered
59 +R - regonly - Only registered clients may join a channel with that mode set
60 +s - secret - The channel does not show up on NAMES or LIST or in the
61 WHOIS channel list unless you are a member of the channel
62 +S - sslonly - This mode will prevent anyone who isn't securely connected
63 via SSL/TLS from joining the channel.
64 +t - topic - Only chanops can change the topic
65 +v - voice - Can speak in a moderated channel, and is exempt from flood
66 restrictions

68 The third part of the 004 numeric lists channel modes that require arguments.
